William (Billy) Glaser is a native to Arizona. Born in Mesa, he now resides in Flagstaff, where he pursued a BMA in Cello Performance, at NAU. Billy studied with Karlos Rodriguez, and spends his summers in masterclasses with the Principal Cellist of the Cleveland Orchestra, Mark Kosower. His prior teachers are Mary Ann Ramos (former Cello Professor at NAU), Debra Pearson (Principal Cello of AZ Opera), Maria Simiz (Principal Cello of MusicaNova), and Talya Buckbinder (Assistant Principal of Phoenix Symphony).

He performs with Skylight City String Quartet, Sedona Symphony, West Valley Symphony Orchestra, MusicaNova Orchestra, and is the founder/Principal Cellist/Executive Director of Flagstaff Chamber Music Series. As a private teacher, Billy has students all across the state of Arizona… he maintains a studio in Flagstaff, and travels to Gilbert to teach 3 group classes of cello! Many of his students are in regionals and all-state.

  • Artistic Director

    Mary Anne Bruner began her musical studies in San Antonio, TX, playing piano from an early age and cello from age 9.  She earned degrees in cello performance from the University of Kansas, Cleveland Institute of Music, and The University of Texas. 

    Dr. Bruner has played professionally for almost 50 years.  Now in her 29th season with the Flagstaff Symphony Orchestra, she has performed in concerts, TV broadcasts, and CDs in Carnegie Hall, the Kennedy Center, the Aspen Music Festival, in Germany, Austria, and Poland, and with artists ranging from Willie Nelson to the Moody Blues, John Denver, and Yo-Yo Ma.

    In over 40 years, Dr. Bruner has taught cello, string methods, and music theory for the UT String Project and at universities in Texas and Arizona.  She developed numerous traditional and online college courses, has multiple print and electronic publications, and has offered workshops in music and academic advising across the Southwest, and international master classes.

    Born and raised in Mesa, Arizona, Zoe started her musical journey at a young age, first starting with piano at the age of 7, then the violin at the age of 8. 

    She has participated in youth orchestras like the Youth Symphony of the Southwest and has participated in volunteer groups for small events like church gatherings. 

    After being offered a Full Tuition Scholarship to play in the NAU music program, Zoe moved to Flagstaff to pursue a Music Performance Degree, where she studied under Professor Steven Moekel. After graduating in 2024 with a Bachelor's Degree, Zoe continues to play the violin with groups like the Flagstaff Chamber Music Series, and the Flagstaff Symphony Orchestra.

    Yamaha Artist Andrea Redcay Graves has performed throughout the United States, in Central America, and in the United Kingdom. Previously Andrea Graves performed extensively in the Camerata Woodwind Quintet and the Symphony Orchestras of Peoria, IL and Dubuque, IA; Dallas Chamber Orchestra, Fort Worth Symphony; the Summergarden Series at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City and the Canadian Scotia Chamber Music Festival. She also presented recitals and clinics for Festival International de Flauta De Costa Rica, National Flute Association, Florida Flute Association, Mid-South Flute Association, the Flute Societies of St. Louis and Chicago, and most recently for the University of Arizona 2025 Great Southwest Flute Fest. Andrea currently performs flute, piccolo, and alto flute in the Flagstaff Symphony, Sedona Symphony, Arizona Philharmonic, Duo Catalina, and the Flagstaff Chamber Music Series. Andrea is also a grant writer for the Coconino Center for the Arts, a certified "Let's Play Music" piano teacher for Infusing Music Studios, and she enjoys teaching flute to all ages at her private music studio in Flagstaff, AZ.  Andrea's students over the years have become successful professional flutists and music teachers, and they have recently been members of the Arizona All- Region and All-State Ensembles and the Western International Band Clinic in Seattle, WA. Andrea has published music for alto flute and piano on Progress Press; recorded with Camerata Woodwind Quintet on Crystal Records; and served as flute faculty at Texas Wesleyan University, Western Illinois University, and Blue Lake and Interlochen Music Camps.  She holds degrees from Texas Tech University (BM), The Juilliard School (MM), and The University of North Texas (DMA).

  • Artistic Advisor

    Brice Grande currently resides in Flagstaff Arizona, but is originally from Yuma (just north of the Mexico border). He is a section member in Flagstaff Symphony Orchestra, and serves as Principal Bass of NAU Orchestra’s, Sedona Symphony, and Flagstaff Chamber Music Series, where he also formerly served Co-Artistic Director. Brice is a Bass Performance Major, at Northern Arizona University and studies with Chris Finet.
